I went in the bank to exchange my currency. They directed me to a CIBC with tellers. This bank concept is so stupid.
Very poor service at this branch. I’ve had several interactions with the branch manager, T.. and every time has been frustrating. She’s consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to assist with even simple banking matters. On one of the occasions, I was told to go to another branch for something that customer service and other branches confirmed she could handle right there. There are no tellers! What type of bank doesn’t have tellers. I am happy I bank with Scotiabank instead.
Had a terrible experience here dealing with the branch manager. We went in to transfer money to another bank via wire and she said she wasn’t willing to accept the money to pay off the account. While having conversation with her she ignored our questions and started to help someone else. Terrible service, Don’t help with situation, overall bad experience here
No tellers for a bank is the worst way to run a bank. How many people a day do you turn away because you have no tellers. What a waste of time!
