Brand new client, was planning on switching from TD to CIBC but went into this location for the first time today to ask a question… was rudely cut off in the middle of my sentence by the lady at the front advice desk before I could finish explaining my issue. Very poor service at this branch. I’ve had several interactions with the branch manager, T.. and every time has been frustrating. She’s consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to assist with even simple banking matters. On one of the occasions, I was told to go to another branch for something that customer service and other branches confirmed she could handle right there.
