I have never been so disrespected in my life by a bank representative. The manager at this location Teresa is extremely rude, tries to talk over you, does not listen at all and definitely should not be a manager let alone working with the public within the banking / financial industry. Terrible, just terrible, will never attend this location again. Will be filing a complaint with CIBC for sure. I see from other reviews that we are not the only ones complaining about her rude behavior.
Geetika went above and beyond my expectations while assisting me with my banking needs over the past few weeks, I really appreciate her kindness and attention to detail during all of our interactions. thank you, Geetika, for going the extra mile and for reminding me why I made the right decision in choosing CIBC as a financial institution. 10/10
