I had a wonderful experience with Michael Chan. He helped me open my bank accounts and made sure I clearly understood everything. He was patient, professional, and very kind. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him to anyone who needs help at the bank!

NO TELLERS. I’m not sure why a bank would ever open its doors and NOT have teller service. I was told by the Branch “manager” that it had been “years and years” since they had tellers. Very strange to have a bad business practice and then flaunt that you had been doing it for years. Strange location and very inconvenient despite attempting to be so.
I don't have an account with this bank but have to drive my older friend there all the time. They are respectful and do her stuff very quickly. Wheelchair accessible. Thanks for being so quick and quiet. They don't have much and everything is from the computer. There is no tailor and no money in the bank.
