I opened an account in February (it is now October). I was promised $450 reward. The conditions were to have direct deposit set up and a few other hurdles. I followed the instructions and have been on the phone at least 4 times with them. Each time, they tell me that I qualify and will be sent this money by a certain date and it doesn't happen. Their promotions are a scam. The account that I signed up for is now changing the rate from $6.95 to $16.95.

The branch manager is both rude and incompetent
Zero stars. I honestly don’t know who selected the manager at this branch, but the management is terrible. They clearly don’t care about their customers. I will be sharing my experience on Instagram as well—people need to know about her and this branch. I closed my account six months later ,I had a call by collections , and now I know she hasn't closed my account. This is unacceptable. Do not trust this branch. Stay away.
