While each representative acknowledged the delays and committed to a resolution, no tangible progress has been made. This lack of internal continuity and end-to-end file management represents a significant operational shortfall.
I didn’t have an appointment and needed a money order. I received assistance very quickly. Hazel Winnan, the person who helped me, was super helpful and kind. She was able to assist me right away and made the whole experience super easy.
