I’ve had meetings with several advisors at various CIBC branches, but none have been as helpful and knowledgeable as Bindiya Patel! Can’t recommend her enough.
I opened an account in February (it is now October). I was promised $450 reward. The conditions were to have direct deposit set up and a few other hurdles. I followed the instructions and have been on the phone at least 4 times with them. Each time, they tell me that I qualify and will be sent this money by a certain date and it doesn't happen. Their promotions are a scam. The account that I signed up for is now changing the rate from $6.95 to $16.95.
No teller.
