Depending on the person you talk to you’re going to get multiple different answers. It’s frustrating when all you want to do is get your money.
1 star — and that’s only because I can’t give zero. I’ve been with CIBC for over 25 years. A quarter of a century of loyalty. They used to be a bank you could rely on. Now? It’s an absolute disaster. Whether you call or visit a branch — be ready to waste at least 30–60 minutes just waiting.
