I was a victim of bank/ identity fraud. After going in to try to solve this after contacting the RCMP I was asked to return the next day. The girl was rude and without empathy. I tried dealing with her but was getting Nowhere. I asked for her business card and she refused. This review is for Patrick, the General Manager. We were having a very difficult time dealing with CIBC Visa customer service (by phone) so we went to the branch and Patrick was so helpful that he solved the issue and got our visa up and running again quickly. He took the time to figure out the problem, check back in with me in a timely manner and confirmed with me once the issue was resolved. I’m very grateful for his amazing service!
