I had a really positive experience at CIBC thanks to Patrick, the manager, and Iuliia. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything in a really clear and simple way, which made things so much less overwhelming. Why can we NOT take out a roll Of Quarters out from Our own bank accounts? Why does it need to be a bullk of $275? This could break the bank for people. Look at the socio economics of The Neighbourhood. I’m sure the majority of the people are renters and also have coin laundry your teller also told me to go across the street to TD bank to get a roll of quarters… nice work. I will also take all my banking there from Now on.
This is another branch with no tellar. If you plan on making large deposits or large withdrawals, or have questions about your account this is not the place to go. Instead you are sent to the Brentwood location as that is the only location ik the area with a tellar. It is sad to see this is the plan for many of their branches. The person in the booth can be replaced with a computer screen, instead of needing them to stand there on their phones. They are there to guide you or call the person you have an appointment with.
