CIBC Costco card—it's so bad, it's unbelievable. You'd think canceling in person would be easy? Wrong! Totally impossible. Complete incompetence, folks. Nobody does business like this—nobody! It's pathetic!

The most reasonable and helpful staff out of all CIBC branches I have ever visited. The front desk gentleman was very helpful and even called a hotline to resolve my issue. I have been visiting the Ukrainian speaking worker Yulia who helped me a lot, too. Wonderful customer service, thank you for being to caring! 🤍
