Very bad service.. everytime i need to wait half an hour for my service. I think need to hire more staff.
This was my first time visit to this branch where Sudeep Kaur was my Financial Advisor who understood my needs and helped me immediately with the best advise. She also provided me with timely updates and appropriately followed up where ever required. Thanks for a good banking experience CIBC.

Been here twice and both times they were on lunch just to send bank transfer. Terrible!!!
