If I could rate zero I would have. The staff here is really inexperienced and unprofessional. Our experience here was bad. Tried to escalate it to the manager as well but couldn't reach to a viable solution, seems like voices are falling on deaf ears. An LOC application which should normally take no more than 2 days in any other bank took more than 1 month to process and that too with vague replies and unclear justifications. Amazing experience of working with Mortgage Advisor Shalu Puri who works with CIBC located at 9025 Airport Road, Brampton. Very professional. She knows her job and competent enough to meet the customer's mortgage needs.
Worse customer service, dont bother
Great experience! The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, polite, positive, going the extra mile to help with any accounts topics. I traveled from US for the appointment and they were very welcoming and caring, promptly solving all my requirements (example is Bhavika, very professional, going above and beyond on site, Harinder Beniwal; also to mentioned Elam and Taran for the phone help). I recommend this office.
Calling customer and saying you have something "important" to discuss and creating sense of urgency for your product marketing is a cheap move!
