I have been into many CIBC branches before but today I had a completely different experience. The associate financial services specialist Bhavika Bane was super helpful with everything! Every single question I had she was able to answer with ease and she was very knowledgeable. Great experience with her!
I waiting to pick my credit card 2 weeks, no any call or text. when I visit them, they find it. After I pick the card, I received a text message " please come to pick your credit card". waste my times
My father visited this branch for a simple confirmation letter. The teller involved the manager, but she wasn’t able to help or follow up. I later called CIBC telebanking and had the answer and forms in 15 minutes.
Visited CIBC today to get my bank statement printed for legal purposes. Advisor Natasha was extremely unprofessional and rude — insisted there was a fee but couldn’t provide proof, and argued instead of helping. I’ve always had this done at other branches without charge. Very disappointing service.
