Yesterday i visited this bank branch and met divya rajwani and she was truly helpful she explained every info that i needed truly appreciated and also the staff is very welcoming not like other branches i visited one of other braches of cibc their the staff was too bad we waited there for an hour so we decided to visit this branch.
Was their happy customer from last 3-4 years as merely visited twice or thrice in these years but I ordered a cheque book for myself last year and they charged me $75 for that but that cheque book was never delivered and this was 1st time, first time i ordered that for my old address 4-6 months before 2nd time at Steeles and Hurontario branch and same happened and i didn’t receive a single cheque book while wasted $75 twice. If I could rate zero I would have. The staff here is really inexperienced and unprofessional. Our experience here was bad. Tried to escalate it to the manager as well but couldn't reach to a viable solution, seems like voices are falling on deaf ears. An LOC application which should normally take no more than 2 days in any other bank took more than 1 month to process and that too with vague replies and unclear justifications.
