If you are expecting customer service. The girl up front is extremely rude and lacks any empathy and courtesy. I have banked with CIBC over 2 decades and it is time for change. If they keep hiring people who lack basic manners, courtesy and politeness, I think we should look back into this hiring pool. There are a lot of people out there who are looking for work and will do it with a smile. Is that a lot to ask for.
