I went to this branch to convert my account into a joint account, but the advisor was too busy watching sports on his mobile. Instead of handling my request properly, he opened a completely new account instead of making it joint. Very unprofessional behavior and not what I would expect from a banker
ATM is open only during business hours. Too bad. Closes at 5 p.m on all days of the week including holidays.

Dominic is no help he is so rude and does not want anyone to come back here. All the employees are welcoming and helpful he is the only one that walks around with attitude and doesn’t even smile back at clients. He will treat everyone like it’s fraud.
