If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been a CIBC customer for 20 years, so I expected a much higher level of service and care. About a month ago, I opened accounts for both of my brothers online. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would . I went to deposit US cash at the ATM as they don’t have tellers . What stupid bank doesn’t have tellers . I went to deposit the money through the ATM as per their instructions . At time of deposit the ATM froze and shut off . It took my money and did not deposit it into my account . I spoke to the Indian man at the desk and he said he can’t help me .
