What a disaster... there was only 1 client in the building, and I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen... while im writing this review, there are visually 5 CIBC workers, 1 at front desk and another 4 just sitting at computer typing away. I havent been addressed once while standing here, will immediately be changing my home branch after today.
