Un excellent service avec la conseillère financière Mme Gnagne, rapide, facile à rejoindre et tout s'est déroulé comme prévu. Néanmoins, l'utilité des succursales est de plus en plus remise en question quand il s'agit de régler des choses ''simples'' qu'on peut soit faire par l'application ou par téléphone. Si vous voulez des espèces en grand nombre ou des devises étrangères, c'est la succursale d'Aylmer qui peut le faire. Service impeccable
I have been with CIBC for many years now, and have been to most of the location in the Ottawa and Gatineau area. This is by far the worst branch with the shittiest customer service. I have been there more than 10 times now, every time there is one person at the front desk helping 10 customers, where more than 5 other employees are sitting in their cubical talking on the phone or doing nothing. Zero… can’t do almost any services; maybe only a place to open account
Doesn't close at 7. It closes earlier. Walked in at 6 and they were closed
