A joke
The branch manager Bella has zero customer service skills and knowledge. She leaves you with no answer to the problem I addressed. She turns everything around to make it sound like I'm the problem. Waited over a hour for her answer then walked out with no resolution. During this time 4 customers entered with problems and she brushed them off and they all left unhappy. She Said she would call me that day and after 4 days still no phone call. Cibc needs to rethink her position
Leaving aldergrove high and dry with no atm or location accessible to those without vehicles is just crazy, myself and a few others i know will be closing our accounts entirely.
Bank manager has literally had no knowledge of financial system ( Just a dummy). Ive escalated an issue regarding trf of US fund from CAD account as deposit of US bills mistakenly went into CAD account. No one at branch or call center has power to reverse the transaction without FX loss/gain. Surprisingly, I was told that my advisor will contact me from the branch to settle the matter but 2 weeks past now i haven't received any response.
