As a long time customer I'm disappointed with this branch. 1 guy working and ten other employees sit and do nothing in there office. Automatic tellers are useless. Imo bring back real people
I would rate zero stars if possible, they will take your money but do not have cash at this location to provide services to their clients. 0/10
I’ve gotta say I’ve been with CIBC for quite a few years now and this has to be the worst branch I’ve ever gone into there’s nobody to help you with anything. There’s one person there to help people there’s nobody to do anything else and I sat there and waited for 15 minutes For something that the lady couldn’t even help me with! Very disappointed to the way that they’re trying to make the banks and I might switch banks because of this! When I come into a bank, I expect service or at least see somebody that servicing people ... read more
