Nobody answers the phone at this branch, impossible to get ahold of anyone to take an appointment.
Never ever use this branch, unresponsive staff, non professional. I have been CIBC client for many years, they have worse service. Don’t waste your time, go directly to another branch.
If you can avoid it do!! Service is horrible, they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk to the desk, with someone sitting right there!!
Every Thursday before 5, nobody is there, though it is scheduled up to 7 pm.
