It's been more than 8 months my credit card is not still sent to me. The employers there know nothing. We went there to ask for a simple Balance Certificate nobody know what the balance certificate is??? So Naive employees. We went to Downtown Branch they gave us Balance certificate within 5 minutes.
There is no tellers and not many people in this CIBC. It’s the sign of the times. No ATM’s like before but only inside. And it’s like a mini Best Buy. I don’t understand the concept nor how it is like this? Still I hope they would go back to the old times. Or just improve on it. God Bless. In God we Trust and thank 🙏 Believe and Repent.
