There is no tellers and not many people in this CIBC. It’s the sign of the times. No ATM’s like before but only inside. And it’s like a mini Best Buy. I don’t understand the concept nor how it is like this? Still I hope they would go back to the old times. Or just improve on it. God Bless. In God we Trust and thank Believe and Repent. It’s sad that good customer service just simply doesn’t exist anymore. Even if you have been with any company over 30 years it makes no difference. You are not considered important anymore. It’s more like you are taken for granted than an important loyal client these days. They promise to call you back but rarely or simply dont do it. You constantly have to chase after people. Can’t even consider this place a branch! Usually 2~3 people work here and no one’s available to answer even the quickest question that you might have!
