It’s sad that good customer service just simply doesn’t exist anymore. Even if you have been with any company over 30 years it makes no difference. You are not considered important anymore. It’s more like you are taken for granted than an important loyal client these days. They promise to call you back but rarely or simply dont do it. You constantly have to chase after people. Can’t even consider this place a branch! Usually 2~3 people work here and no one’s available to answer even the quickest question that you might have!

After a terrible experience with my local branch manager (Angrignon) refusing to cash a certified cheque from TD I contacted this branch where I set up my account 32 years ago. The manager, Costanzo, who I had never met before, was friendly and accommodating in working with me to resolve the issue. Not all branches are created equal, and the local management largely decides this. Having a banker that you can trust and that takes a solutions oriented approach is what makes this branch better than the rest.
