Can’t even consider this place a branch! Usually 2~3 people work here and no one’s available to answer even the quickest question that you might have!
After a terrible experience with my local branch manager (Angrignon) refusing to cash a certified cheque from TD I contacted this branch where I set up my account 32 years ago. The manager, Costanzo, who I had never met before, was friendly and accommodating in working with me to resolve the issue. Not all branches are created equal, and the local management largely decides this. Having a banker that you can trust and that takes a solutions oriented approach is what makes this branch better than the rest.
No tellers here, go to a different branch if you need a teller.
