ATM is open all night so very convenient as the branch right by my place isn't open until 7 or 8 am which is dumb.
Frank and the crew there are great
Despite 2 emails from my CIBC contact in Grimsby, 2 voicemails and an in person visit from my self, I’ve now been waiting for more than a week for their financial services rep to confirm an appointment so that I can administer my father’s estate account. Contacting this branch is very difficult, and the Banking Center usually does not respond. Even when visiting in person, no one is available to assist. However, the staff are excellent, specially Ms. Marzieh who is always patient and helpful even when that is not part of her duties.
I had a very positive experience with ( Zohreh Khakfaraji )today. She handled all matters related to my account with complete patience and collaborated with me exceptionally well. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and patience.
