These low reviews are crazy, I've opened different accounts here and never had an issue. There app is easy and simple but has many services and features that you can explore. The new front desk attendant is very friendly and looks great! I will update my review if I have any issues. I've been with them since 2023.
This location removed all the tellers a few years back and ever since I've been wondering..... what's the point!? Tried coming in a few times as it's the closest location to me and they can't help with anything here. TL;DR- This is not the bank you're looking for if you have any needs an ATM can't solve.
ATM used to be open at night time. Now they close it when the branch is closed. ARE YOU NUTS?!
