NOT A BANK I do not know what this location is supposed to be, but it is no longer an actual bank. If you are able to find anyone who works there, they treat you with suspicion as if they don't understand why you are questioning them. It used to be a bank. You know, with tellers. Not any more. It's rather odd.
Absolutely unlawful and irresponsible handling of personal data. I have not lived in Canada since 2019, yet CIBC and their agent ARO continue to use my personal information without any legal basis — a clear violation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 3 times go there and ATM machine is not working. Don’t waste you time go there.
Went in with a simple debit card issue, classic issue should be easily resolved by a teller. Only problem is this place has no tellers. Apparently you need to make an appointment to have banking issues, I was able to get my issue resolved, not without getting a sales pitch for financial advice. This branch doesn't even carry cash. Need change for laundry? Tough luck I suppose.
