I met with Maddy at the CIBC branch who helped me update my SIN number and address for my CIBC account since I became a permanent resident and moved to Quebec. She also helped me secure a new credit card with better credit availability (my previous card was as an international graduate student and only had a limit of $500). She also offered me a line of credit at a decent interest rate, and was very patient in explaining how it worked. She also helped with hiccups with the CC and LOC on the credit team's end. the girl that works at the front desk is very rude, does nothing to help the customers and only argues with them, doesn’t seem to want to do any actual work. was given sighs and eye rolls when asked to print a paper. Everyone else at the branch is very helpful and professional however.
