Great experience at CIBC today! The staff guided me clearly and professionally while opening my TFSA, RRSP, and FHSA accounts. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this branch for financial advice.
Terrible stay away. I wish I’d read this before opening an account online. 3 staff in one day all gave me the wrong information. Had to go back twice in one day and call. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. The tellers were so excited about their loud music on the radio but so excited to help clients. Complete joke of a branch and bank. Super friendly, super helpful never had any issues with this bank. Everybody there is super helpful with anything that you need.
Totally ridiculous to not be open kn saturdays some people need to bank on weekends still i should ba e to travel 45 minutes from my home just use banking services do better cibc
