Robert, the branch manager is exceptional. He helped with a few transactions that required his input. I haven't been more satisfied with a service from a bank and I definitely recommend this branch. The young lady working at the front was quite knowledgeable and speedy as well.
We went to the bank because we needed information about the accounts after my mom's passing. Cora Yu was extremely sensitive and supportive. We left feeling listened to and understood. Thank you!
