Pathetic experience with CIBC. It’s been over 20 days, and I’m still struggling to get any update on my credit card, which was mailed from the credit card office on May 27th. It was supposed to be delivered to my nearest branch (7170 Kingsway), but I haven’t received a single update or notification from them. This branch does not have teller service. Waste of time.
Yesterday I went here and asked for help with my credit card issue. The staff John was very helpful and patient. He tried his best to help me to solve all the problems. Millions thanks!

What’s the point of this branch?! I went there on a break as I was working nearby, and wanted to pay a bill. I went in and they told me they don’t handle cash.. you’re a bank?! What do you mean you don’t handle cash?! What’s the point of this branch??
