Terrible service. Went in to sort out an issue with my cheque and got told to do the complete wrong thing. When I came back today cause my issue wasn’t solved they told me I never should have done that and their worker who told me to do that is only new. Now I won’t get my money from my cheque
This branch is hands down the worst service of any bank I have ever entered. No cash on site, foreign workers who are still learning English. If you try to leave a voicemail it us impossible because the employees have not set up there voicemail. Not to mention a free account that is actually 17$ a month. Take your business anywhere else
Very slow and very selfish. I requested for a Void Cheque in a very polite way that I may get 2 copies. He checked my Canadian Passport and he said it's only one (1) that the branch can provide. What if I have 3 companies to work for? Then I have to look for a copy center reproduce more? I am a client for almost 10 years now, they cannot provide paper? It's just paper. No will to help a customer in need. The Service is just bad and I got declined in the floor without any chance to show them my problem.
