Great staff. They were all super helpful. I moved from USA to Canada and set up a new bank account here. Aakash Pednekar the representative was always willing to meet with me to answer questions and assist with my new account. Highly recommended using CIBC!!

Terrible service. Went in to sort out an issue with my cheque and got told to do the complete wrong thing. When I came back today cause my issue wasn’t solved they told me I never should have done that and their worker who told me to do that is only new. Now I won’t get my money from my cheque
