I visited this branch today. After reading the negative reviews, I can say that I completely disagree with them. The specialists were extremely friendly and were happy to help solve my problem despite the language barrier.
One of the worst banking experiences I've had at a branch. The employees are extremely blunt and rude where they don't even acknowledge you when your at the counter and prefer to just speak among themselves like you're not there. Also there's no politeness and it feels like you're inconveniencing them for things it's their job to do. They also work extremely slowly. First of all, you did a good job. While waiting in line to process my transaction, the teller sitting at the front was very rude and didn't listen at all. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but her behavior, unbecoming of an employee of such a large bank, upset me as a customer, and I wanted to leave a review. I'm writing this to avoid blaming anyone; I'm referring to the short-haired, black lady sitting in the first chair of the three tellers. I hope you will take this review into consideration.
