I was severely delayed today at this branch. It was supposed to take 15- 30 min to open the account but instead took over an hour. As a result, I almost missed my flight. In fact as i write this I'm still not sure I'll make the flight. I wish things had been smoother with cibc or that they had a more realistic timeline when i called ahead to ask.
Jasjot and Favour provided extraordinary customer service, friendly and very patient. They are very good at what they do and very passionate. And this location has longer hours, definitely recommend.

Came to this Pearson airport location after a flight for some currency only to find many available ATM's...I wasn't expecting that, as I'm a member of this particular bank in my home country, conducting business on the machine was quite easy and efficient...You have the choice of USD or CAN dollars. With no additional extra costs for using the machine abroad, I was quite impressed in the way it was set up...meaning I only had to contend with the one time foreign transaction tax on my bank statement.
