I transferred all my banking over to the Portland street location in August pf last year. It was pretty seamless but a few things tick me off. 1, I was suppose to receive a $500 signing bonus which never got processed or deposited. Also, the security on my card is unrealistic. I can’t buy anything online or with Apple Pay? It always flags as fraught or decline.
My experience with the Bedford CIBC branch has always been positive. I've been a customer of CIBC since 2019. The Manager Tammy Bilodeau and the Tellers has always been positive. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful are the top 3 things that come to mind.
Poor Customer Service
Waited 15 minutes to get change then was told I needed to create a profile (despite banking with a sister company & never needing to do this at any other CIBC branch. Had they properly staffed it with more than 1 person I imagine this wouldn't have happened
Have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs. Just had them cause all my future payments to be unattainable due to a mistake on their behalf. Refusal to help and unrealistic expectations as a result of their negligence. Will never be back.Better off elsewhere.
