I spoke with Theresa today because my card appeared to be comprimised. She was incredibly understanding and helpful. She quickly cancelled my card and reissued a new one. I have banked with CIBC for a very long time and am so very grateful for the fantastic customer service. Thank you!
We were there a couple weeks ago to get a safe deposit box. We were helped by Leah, long story short, she was very helpful, friendly, and very pleasant to work with!
I don’t know when the customer service switched to being outsourced but it took me over 20 minutes to check my balance over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

I needed some assistance with a few banking issues. I called and made an appointment and was called back within 10 minutes to confirm the appointment time. Upon arrival for the appointment I was greeted at the door as I was leaving my car. Donna took care of me and she was great.
