This has to be one of the worst banking experiences ever. These people were so lax about their job and did everything wrong. They never followed trough on setting both accounts up properly. We had to finally go and deal with the downtown location (120 s LaSalle)that was helpful and knew what they were doing. Don’t bother with Bronzeville location unless you have time to waste or are just using their ATM -Mia is great, Sharron and all other are talk and 0 action…blah blah and more…no excuse just a big failure very unprofessio... read more
