First, Orland. Now will be closing Palos. Really great people at Palos, but I want to bank in my community. Very disappointing.
The entire staff is excellent. Branch manager Alice and personal bankers Margaret and Toni are experienced bankers that are very knowledgeable and always provide an answer to my questions. If they don't know immediately they find out and follow up with me in a timely manner. The tellers are friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. This is what banking should be like everywhere!
