Not a trans friendly location. I’ve had an account with CIBC for 25 years and was treated very rudely.
I just called CIBC US customer service for the first time.My feeling is that the only difference these days between banking institutions is service. I just waited 21 minutes to talk to customer service.At the 14 minute mark I was told that there were five people ahead of me, at the 18 minute mark I was told there were four people ahead of me.
