Homeowner Foreclosure Help was able to stop my foreclosure sale and force the mortgage company Shellpoint to work with me and give me a deferment of past payments and a new loan modification. My daughter and I tried to negotiate with Shellpoint for almost a year after we missed payments due to Covid and then after that identity thief hacked personal bank account and the payments we made were reversed out due to insufficient funds. I worked with both Dennis and Dean regarding foreclosure, and they were terrific to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone who is facing foreclosure. I was really worried when I got my foreclosure notification that I wouldn't be able to work things out with my lender and they were able to do that for me. They made all the issues we were facing so much better. This company will also help fill out any State paperwork and explain everything you need to know. They get five stars from me!!
CI Group SAVED my parents house! I’m beyond thankful to them. COVID created financial issues where my parents were unable to make their mortgage payments. In desperation of losing the house.
