I worked with both Dennis and Dean regarding foreclosure, and they were terrific to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone who is facing foreclosure. I was really worried when I got my foreclosure notification that I wouldn't be able to work things out with my lender and they were able to do that for me. They made all the issues we were facing so much better. This company will also help fill out any State paperwork and explain everything you need to know. They get five stars from me!!
CI Group SAVED my parents house! I’m beyond thankful to them. COVID created financial issues where my parents were unable to make their mortgage payments. In desperation of losing the house. We contacted CI Group for assistance and ways to stop an upcoming foreclosure. CI Group was helpful in every way possible and helped us STOP the foreclosure on their home. Five stars--they saved my house! I was behind on mortgage payments with Gregory Funding and they were hard to work with.
