Frustrating when you have hours of operation shown but the doors are locked & nobody is home... Is there anywhere to buy office furniture in this town that isn't office Depot or Ikea!?

My customer experience here was awful. The responsiveness, proactive communication, and sense of urgency were lackluster at best. To make matters worse, CI Group failed to notify me of the cancellation of a scheduled delivery of my order. I had to inquire about the status myself when I was advised, initially without any apology, that the delivery would not be occurring at all that day. This is after I was invoiced over $600 for the local delivery of two desks. When you pay a premium price, you expect the customer service and... read more

I started a business three years ago and needed furniture. I met Jessica and went to meet Lauren at the Tampa show room. They are amazing. They helped me design the office with the look I was going for and helped pick my furniture so that it fit the space. The delivery guys were amazingly efficient and professional. I had a slight problem with one desk 6 months after they were installed and they came right out and fixed it! I receive compliments on my office ALL THE TIME. Everyone loves the furniture!
