My customer experience here was awful. The responsiveness, proactive communication, and sense of urgency were lackluster at best. To make matters worse, CI Group failed to notify me of the cancellation of a scheduled delivery of my order. I had to inquire about the status myself when I was advised, initially without any apology, that the delivery would not be occurring at all that day.
