Our last tax preparer retired so had to outsource a trusted tax specialist. Churchwell Tax Group may be Ramsey trusted, but we will not be back. Terrible communication, even when I could talk to someone, I had to set an appointment for 2 weeks later just to answer a 2 min question. Was told when all was finished they would contact us to sign paperwork. Never happened. Walked in yesterday the day before deadline for filing just to find out paperwork was finished last week.
