Had a horrible experience with these guys.
I'm fixing to file a complaint against them to the Missouri State Board of Accountancy for spamming my email. They want me to sign an online document of TOS. If I sign that, I or anyone else who does, is agreeing to use arbitration and giving up their right to sue them in a court. Who does this? Arbitration gives them all the rights and you none. Our last tax preparer retired so had to outsource a trusted tax specialist. Churchwell Tax Group may be Ramsey trusted, but we will not be back. Terrible communication, even when I could talk to someone, I had to set an appointment for 2 weeks later just to answer a 2 min question. Was told when all was finished they would contact us to sign paperwork. Never happened. Walked in yesterday the day before deadline for filing just to find out paperwork was finished last week. We had standard W2 jobs and cost us $500. Not worth i... read more
