We ordered 3 combo meals and clearly asked for FRESH food. If a customer asks for fresh, that means EVERYTHING should be fresh. First the staff told us everything is fresh right now then later asked if we could just take one regular instead. Like seriously, what kind of customer service is that? I came through drive thru few minutes ago and i asked for hot sauce and they didn’t gave me in the bag and it happened so many time but i never complained. I ordered food for my younger brother he doesn’t eat your wrap without hot sauce and spoiled his dinner. That is totally disappointing. I hope this will never happen again.
