Absolutely the worst and most disappointing customer service I’ve experienced at any Church’s Texas Chicken location. They didn’t include any sauce or dip at all, even though the meal was supposed to come with it. Customers shouldn’t have to discover after receiving their order that basic included items were simply left out. The service was careless and extremely frustrating. They dont double check the order. U must make sure that there is missing stuff. We missed 5wings and they never picking up the phone
