Don't buy with the warranty in mind. We bought 150 chairs in 2018 and were very happy with them. They were delivered when promised, packaged great and were high quality. Recently we've had trouble with a few of them tearing with normal use, less than 10 of the chairs. Looking at our original purchase, we had their 10-year material warranty. Thinking this would be a simple replacement order under warranty turned out to not be the case. We ordered 130 chairs from Church Plaza. The process was so amazingly easy! Donna and Christina and even the driver of the truck were so sweet and helpful the entire time. The chairs are an amazing quality and worth every single penny. We ordered sample chairs from another place and the quality wasn't near what Church Plaza has. What a complete blessing and we are more than pleased!
We ordered new balcony chairs and found Church Plaza to have good pricing for a much better product than we found on Amazon or other websites. We felt like we were getting heavy duty chairs at the price of lower quality chairs we were seeing elsewhere. They were very helpful in the ordering process answering a lot of questions. One chair was delivered damaged and they immediately offered to either remake that chair or issue a credit. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend.
I had to update. Right after this they made it their mission to correct this and get us our chairs and YES, we would order from them again. Because we understand how the pandemic messed up business. Their customer service was great. We ordered church chairs in November 2021 and we have yet to receive them almost a year later. Where are our chairs?
