I am very pleased with the service that Church plaza provided to us when we needed chairs for our church. Miss Arla Silva was our coordinator and I can't thank her enough for her patience, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommended!!!!!
Your Chairs helped turn a warehouse into a church! Great value with service that was excellent! Our salesman was honest, efficient and very knowledgable. We had a very small delivery glitch. Jeff, our salesman, and Christina, customer service, took care of the matter promptly and treated us above and beyond our expectations!
Happy with the chairs other than several of the feet come off very easily. They seem to be high quality and fairly comfortable. As others have noted we were extremely unhappy with the delivery. We spoke with the delivery company and they said they would call us 30 minutes before coming to us. The day of delivery we never got a call until late in the day when the driver had set them out in the parking lot of the wrong building (and wrong address I might add).
