A problem with Housekeeping where Monday is the day…there’s no replacement for housekeeping staff who are on Stat Holiday. I’m out of order bccs I’m a Monday recipient…I don’t know if my housekeeping will or will not be done today…Monday! It was not done last Friday as often happens.
Unlike other facilities, when you sign your lease agreement, Churchill Manor carefully lists every amenity you have been offered, to ensure there will be no misunderstandings!
My mother & I were greeted warmly by the staff. We were early for our appointment and Irene did not make us wait. She was welcoming, patient with our questions, and friendly and professional throughout the tour. I would love to live at Churchill Manor Retirement Community. The layout of the place also made it easy to know where to go for things - dining area, games room, visiting lounge, library, and more. And there’s air conditioning that you can set in your room, just like a hotel!
