Friendly and fast
Great help
I try to avoid going as much as possible but I’m so thankful when I need to go that this place exists. They have helped me and my husband so much. But also with that being said. I brought a friend who also needed help ( a mom of 4) and some of the volunteers would automatically speak Spanish to her, she was offended and now refuses to go and sends her husband in her place. She also believes this service is great for people in need but isn’t okay with the volunteers just assuming she only spoke Spanish.
I can agree with the other reviews about the service provided to get assistance at this place. I went in today to give a donation and ask about the food program to only get yelled at by an older lady at the table! GO BACK OUT THE DOOR OUTSIDE AND WAIT UNTIL WE ARE OPEN AT 12:30. I couldn't fully get out what I was there for. I immediately turned around towards the door. I was really shocked!!
