This is the second time I have used them. However the service I got this time was not as good as previously. Their fixed rate service means you have to wait 2 days for a call or email to be answered and the amount of time they allocate to you is not sufficient if your sale is not going smoothly, as they do not chase solicitors or estate agents enough! Hence after a sale that dragged on 6 months it then fell apart! A dissappointing service. I will not be using them again.
