Had a pleasant initial phone consult. I explain to them my wife and I would like to retain them and I explained our circumstances and they agreed to help us and stated they were "sending paper work in the mail." We Sent them a check and did not hear anything from them. Finally after a week my wife, who is a 100% disable war veteran, called and they had the nerve to be rude on the phone and said they declined our case! No respect to call or send a letter.
