In February 2014, I fell and suffered a dislocated and 3-part shoulder fracture. I was on pain medication for several months, but the pain continued to be severe. I was in pain all day, every day, and would awake about once an hour during the night due to extreme pain. I did not want to continue to take pain medication, but was desperate for some relief.
