Went buy New bedding. My sales guy Robert Bett was extremely knowledgeable about his bedding line. However, when it comes to discounts, not something they are interested in talking about. Bought the bedding anyway, due to the need. Like all other places, nothing is in stock, so wait upto a month on your purchase. They required a 50% deposit when the order is placed.
Every experience I've had at Chucks has been a VERY POSITIVE one. I've done it all there, furniture, custom drapes and blinds. They have a quality, large inventory to choose from. I've worked with both Rick and Darlene and they are both so PERSONABLE and HELPFUL, as I'm sure is all their staff. I would give Chucks a 5+++ rating..
These guys were GREAT they were respectful, kind,and courteous. They were problem solvers when box springs would not fit up staircase we found alternate solution. I would recommend unconditionally.
I purchased a couch from Chuck's in 2011. Chuck's representative at the time offered me a warranty from ultrashield. I explained that I would be moving to Baltimore, MD in the next couple of years and inquired if I would be able to have my couch fixed/replaced in Baltimore. I was assured that this would not be an issue...Fast forward to Oct 2014. I accidentally ripped a hole in it while taking the AC unit out.
