These guys were amazing. I rolled into town after hours as they were closing down. Two young workers were outside closing up, and they took extra time and got me a new set of pedals. My old pedals had squeaky bearings that were driving me crazy, and they really helped me out highly recommend the shop. Yeah
I was recently riding the Lamoille Valley rail trail from Swanton to Saint Johnsbury in Northern Vermont. I experienced a flat tire on the second day of the ride about 2 1/2 miles out from Morristown. I’d had a flat the day before and it changed it myself, but lo and behold it happened again the second day. I walked the bike all the way to Chuck’s bike shop. I first went to Chuck’s Bikes in the summer of 2023 to get my old bike and my wife’s old bike tuned up. Hank and his crew went above and beyond — when they were done, both bikes felt brand new. That fall we ended up buying two new bikes from them, and it’s only made us love mountain biking even more. The whole team is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions or help you find what you need. I recommend Chuck’s Bikes to everyone I meet, and I’m proud to rep one of their shirts whenever I’m out riding.
We stopped in on a whim to grab a screw for my spd shoe clip. The owner was awesome. I ended up buying a great second hand balance bike for my son. We had a great conversation and were actually given mugs with the shop name on them. Definitely will remember this place!
Hank and Ian made time in their day to get my headset fixed and get me on my way. Well done and a very fair price.
