I have been a customer here for over two years .. this man has no increased the pricing over and over again.. I’m starting to belive it’s because of my race .. I informed him about his LOCAL competition.. his words” this is just for fun” not business.. there’s no reason it cost $70 to change a tube of one tire . Especially when I had BIGGER Bikes and and tires worked on for $50 by HIM! Came here to get bike fixed and here’s my experience: First off, the owner Mr. Chuck has amazing customer service, very pleasant to converse with and very knowledgeable in his expertise. Not only did he take my bike in as soon as I got there… it was completed before his estimated time (quoted over the phone). When it was done he explained some issues on my bike and fixed minor issues he saw at no cost. I stopped in here to get a repair done on my bicycle and not only Chuck get to it immediately, but also didn’t charge me! Even though it was something as simple as a warped rotor, the principle of him not charging me is absolutely amazing! Moving forward any repairs I need done or my friends need done will be coming here 100% You sincerely do not find genuine people and/or repair shops like this these days as they’re almost unheard of but Little did you know there’s one right around the corner from your house.
