ZERO stars! Horrible experience. I would not use this bank ever again. I was selling a home in Tampa and purchasing a home in Jupiter, Florida, in October, 2024. My mortgage advisor put me into a 7-year arm and told me I could re-amortize my mortgage as soon as I paid the loan principal down when I sold my home in Tampa, which I did a month later.
