I bought a pair of K-Swiss tennis shoes and wore them for just an hour. Unfortunately, they caused pain in the small toes of both feet. The discomfort was so bad that I couldn’t sleep that night. I tried to return the shoes, but the store refused, stating that they couldn’t be returned once worn. I won’t be shopping here again.

First time customer. Walked in store & two workers were in the front. No greeting/welcome or eye contact. Third worker at the counter was less than friendly when approached. He told me the specific demo racquet I was looking for was not available and looked to make sure. I had to ask about the demo program. He ripped off a small piece of paper for me to write my name & phone # when it was available. Supposedly racquets are to be returned within a week. It's been two and I have yet to hear back. Fabulous customer service!!! My daughter is a fairly new player so the try a racket before you buy it program was perfect for us! I'm from Corydon, IN and it is well worth the drive. I tell everyone I know to go here.
Wonderful people and very helpful! My daughter is a beginner and I have never played, they have helped me every step of the way. They are not trying to get me to overspend on something she doesn't need.
