Dirty tables. Drink fountain doesn't work. Staff not helpful. Staff didn't page table so food sat unpicked up, food was cold. Come as a last resort.
ILYA was extremely helpful he's sweet every time we go there he's great with the kids best customer service. He took over from a horrible lady who put the bracelet on way too tight on my daughter cut off her circulation she was extremely rude but Ilya turn a horrible situation into a fun evening. He apologized for her rude behavior. The rest of the evening was great kids had a blast fun place to take kids. Water gave five stars but that lady who first checked this thing was horrible.ILYA 5 stars
We had a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese! The staff was friendly, helpful, and well organized. The kids had a great time, and everything went smoothly. Thank you for making our birthday celebration special and memorable! 🎉
Clean enough for this type of establishment, responsive staff, and tasty food.
