I visited your facility with my two children and was informed that the trampoline area would open at a specific time, which I accepted without issue. However, once that time passed, there was no announcement or communication from staff regarding any delay or problem. do not recommend this place for families with children with special needs or for Spanish-speaking families. In my experience, the manager was disrespectful and showed no understanding of my child’s needs. She refused to allow us to enter with my child’s bottle and would not listen when I tried to explain the situation.
