Excellent service yesterday when we celebrated my brother’s birthday at Chuck E Cheese Grapevine. He wanted to celebrate with nieces nephews, watch them have a fun time. All the employees were friendly, helpful, and available. They made the party awesome! The table set up, party time with ChuckE, the ticket grab machine, everything was fun and entertaining. We had a great experience bringing my nephew in for an after-school adventure. Big shout out to Hailey who is super friendly and helped us with some machine issues and went above and beyond to make my nephew’s time enjoyable. 🧡
