ZERO STARS!!! I literally just left! I took my son for his first time and my first time at this location and I am driving away right now. Walked in to no one greeting us at the stamp entrance/check-in. Walked up to the food order area and there was NO ONE! We waited for about 10 minutes. No staff around anywhere. My mom watched my son as I tried to find someone and got absolutely no one. I even went as far as the kitchen entrance by the order pickup window and there was (you guessed it) no one!!! They gave us a pager but the pager never activated. Our pizza was sitting in the windows for pickup. They remade the pizza for us. Great customer service experience.
While there are a bunch of games and the new layout allows parents to see thier kids better, most of the games are out of order/broken. There are no signs on the machines so my kids were disappointed again and again. I think there are better kids options out there now a days.
