The staff were pleasant and always smiling. The restaurant was clean, and they consistently engaged with me and my family, making us feel genuinely welcome and at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated the warm atmosphere.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Chuck E. Cheese. Due to one rude and incompetent employee. We ordered four pizzas and wings, but our order was never entered correctly, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. What made the experience even worse was how one of the employees treated me at the salad bar. I was using the tongs the entire time.
