So so sad. Don't wonder why the chain is closing.
Chuck e Cheese in Hicksville is pretty good. My 3 years old loves going here. A couple of things they can improve is their flooring/carpet which looks old and ofcourse cleanliness in restrooms. Everything else is good, staff is friendly.
I paid for one hour and got Card to use everything as staffs at check-in told me. but when the kids wanted to go for jumping and slides, as I posted a picture of that part, it was required another I think $12 to be paid. and it was completely unfair because you pay around $40 only 1 hour and then you need to pay another money for just a small part that kids really need to go. Would not recommend. Instead go to a public park!!!!!!!!!
