I’ll give them a 5 stars. Took my kids for 1hr games and pizza. Pizza was hot and ready only took 10 mins for me to called since I came there. Games were fun every game station worked expect for 2-4 but non the less the fun ones were good. Guest around there were pretty nice and respectful. And the employees were very helpful when I asked questions and were very informative. The place is very clean. And staff kept the tables clean. Me and my family had a great time. This past weekend our 3 year old daughter asked to go the Chuck E Cheeses in Waldorf MD. We had a very pleasant visit! The facility itself was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, the food was excellent! All the rides, games and entertainment were operating. Chuck E Cheese himself made several appearances greeting and interacting with children/guest. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there was an expansion of the play zone! Consistently no Kid-Check, which is mandatory at all Chuck-E-Cheese locations. Don’t expect your kids to be safe here. Even after I brought it up to the staff after asking for a manager, my response was “we’re busy and understaffed. We’re doing the best we can.” Children’s safety is always first, even if it means slower lines. The reason we choose Chuck-E-Cheese is because we know it’s safer than other places and we can relax knowing that no accidents can happen with kids leaving. Never enough workers here and most aren’t friendly. There’s one person to handle the door, front desk and prize section. Also, they don’t always check your wrist before you leave. However, my 2 year old always has a blast and they frequently have new games for him to play. He really enjoys the trampoline area as well.
