No idea why they have two pre-teens working the front and all around. Absolutely no idea what they are doing. Same thing as talking to a cup of water. No self awareness, no customer service skills. Had no response on my simple questions. Pizza took 3 hours cause they didn’t put it in the system. I had a great time at Chuck E Cheese for my birthday. My two years old granddaughter had a great time. The staff was perfect, food was good, and I enjoyed playing the games. Very clean. Chuck E Cheese is a great place to get out of the July heat. My overall experience was Excellent. Thank you management
Had a bday party for my kid and Tony the manager was amazing had everything moving smoothly was attentive and helped our host when needed. Loved the experience. Thank you so much tony!!!
