Celebrated my son’s birthday here the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location great staff thank you . I love the 2 floors, very spacious. Plenty of parking.
The party was fun because of its attendees! When it comes to the staff, I will say a lot of them were super young and very new to the job. For my son's party they actually thought it was a great idea to give one of the new inexperienced employees the job as the party host. She was extremely confused and we basically ended up helping ourselves. The team lead who was also probably in her early twenties was either stressed out or may have been overwhelmed. But she didn't have a friendly attitude towards the guest!
Josie was a great birthday host! My daughter had a wonderful sixth birthday. Josie was attentive and well organized and helped a ton. She was literally perfect. Thank you so much for such a great day!
