Went to go check this store out last Friday. It was well stocked, clean and a really nice selection of natural pet products. Here's where chuck and dons loses stars. I waited in a line of about 4 people with no sales associate in sight, she popped her head out of the dog bath room to let us know she'd be right with us. I gave them my email once 2 years ago and they still email me near daily even though I hit unsubscribe every time and my dog died months ago. It's insensitive and stupid.
Terrible customer service. Got in line, there was one cashier and when they finished with that customer the cashier left and never came back. I waited and waited and finally just left. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge me or anything.
