Great prices on dog food and treats, wide variety of treats and chews, natural and organic choices available that are way better than rawhide. Great customer service.
Went to go check this store out last Friday. It was well stocked, clean and a really nice selection of natural pet products. Here's where chuck and dons loses stars. I waited in a line of about 4 people with no sales associate in sight, she popped her head out of the dog bath room to let us know she'd be right with us. This poor girl was by herself trying to run the whole store. When she finally came to help, I could see tears welling up in her eyes. I gave them my email once 2 years ago and they still email me near daily even though I hit unsubscribe every time and my dog died months ago. It's insensitive and stupid.
